Payment & Shipping
PayPal Users: Order by Add to Cart
Non-PayPal Users: Do Not Add to Cart. Please email us at carmelw1@gmail.com or phone 0448 366686 for our bank account details. Transfer electronically or personally into our Bank Account at the Euroa Branch of the Commonwealth Bank.
Once payment is received your order will be processed and an email sent advising you when it has been dispatched.
Prices & Postage Costs
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars including GST. ( Sales Tax)
All items shown on the website are subject to availability, although once sold they are removed as soon as possible.
All items are accurately described, although some colours may vary slightly from the photos of the product on our website depending on the monitor used.
Postage is free within Australia and items will be sent by Registered Post.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within Australia.
International customers please contact us by email or telephone and we will advise the postage costs as these will obviously vary depending on your country.
International customers may be charged by your local customs office for import duties or other charges. Please contact your local customs department for clarification.
Exchanges & Returns
Please contact us immediately by phone or email if the product is damaged or not to your satisfaction. Refunds are valid only where goods are faulty or damaged in transit. We provide 100% refunds for goods returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
